We are looking for a skilled Industrial Refrigeration Mechanic to keep our plant running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As the Refrigeration Mechanic, you will keep our facility cooling systems at peak performance:

  • Maintain & Troubleshoot: Diagnose, repair, and upgrade industrial refrigeration systems, HVAC units, ice machines, and refrigerated storage units.

  • Preventative Care: Perform routine maintenance, run tests, and replace parts to prevent breakdowns before they happen.

  • Upgrades & Compliance: Ensure all equipment operates effectively while meeting safety guidelines and updated regulatory standards.

  • Hands-On Execution: Utilize advanced tools, gauges, and diagnostic equipment to ensure optimal system performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Refrigeration Expertise: Deep understanding of industrial refrigeration systems, electrical setups, and plumbing concepts.

  • Technical & Diagnostic Skills: Ability to read schematics, run tests, operating testing tools/gauges, and troubleshoot complex systems.

  • Plant-Ready: Flexibility to work in a cold, wet, fast-paced industrial plant environment.

  • Physical Capability: Ability to stand, kneel, stoop, and lift or carry equipment up to 100 lbs.

  • Communication & Tech Skills: Basic computer literacy, attention to detail, and fluent English (written and verbal).

  • Team & Independent Work: Driven to solve problems independently while working well alongside a dedicated maintenance team.
