As a 3D Animator at Arrowwood Heart, you will create dynamic product visualizations, promotional animations, and immersive retail content that elevate our online presence and enhance the customer shopping journey. Working alongside a supportive team of designers and marketers, you'll contribute to projects that directly influence brand perception and business growth. Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D animations for product showcases, marketing campaigns, and digital retail content
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to understand project goals and translate concepts into compelling animated visuals
• Model, rig, and animate 3D assets using industry-standard software
• Develop storyboards and previsualizations to plan animation sequences effectively
• Apply lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques to produce polished, production-ready outputs
• Ensure all animations align with Arrowwood Heart's brand guidelines and quality standards
• Iterate on animation work based on feedback from cross-functional team members
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Stay informed about the latest 3D animation trends and retail industry best practices
• Assist in building and maintaining a library of reusable 3D assets for future projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Digital Arts, Computer Graphics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max
• Strong understanding of animation principles including timing, spacing, weight, and anticipation
• Basic experience with 3D modeling, texturing, and lighting techniques
• A portfolio demonstrating creative 3D animation work
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with rendering engines such as Arnold, V-Ray, or Eevee is preferred
• Experience with product visualization or retail-related animation is a nice-to-have
